Tailoring therapy based on what is most effective for each person and what will best help them to meet their goals, Sheila uses her advanced training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help people get unstuck and live their best lives. She is a creative person who often uses music and nature to enhance healing in a safe and welcoming place.
