Kiara Taylor, LCSW

Kiara Taylor is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who is passionate about supporting individuals and families navigating anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, and major life transitions. Kiara is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where individuals and families feel empowered on their journey.

Over the years, Kiara has had the privilege of working in a variety of settings; including outpatient clinics, schools, and community-based programs working with individuals with complex mental health needs. This experience has allowed Kiara to meet clients where they are with flexibility, cultural awareness, and compassion.

Kiara’s therapeutic style is tailored to each individual or families unique needs and goals, drawing from evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic approaches that emphasize the mind and body connection. Kiara also draws from the biopsychosocial model, to support the whole person and family system as an emotional unit.
