Andrew Jensen, LMFTA

Andrew Jensen is passionate about supporting familial and significant relationships. As a Level 1 and Level 2 trained Gottman therapist, he integrates proven principles to nurture understanding, strengthen emotional connection, and foster healthy conflict resolution. He helps couples navigate challenges such as chronic illness, faith transitions, and unwanted behaviors. Andrew also draws from a BioPsychoSocial-Spiritual perspective to support whole-person healing, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, panic, dissociation, and OCD.
In his work with individuals and couples, Andrew often uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients align their behaviors with personal values. For those carrying painful experiences or beliefs that feel “stuck,” he incorporates Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), a gentle and effective method that uses imagery, somatic awareness, and eye movements to release emotions and restore hope. Above all, he provides a safe and collaborative space where clients feel supported and empowered in their journey.
